Lone Gunslinger Ranch is the creative homestead of Beau Yotty and Lone Gunslinger Pictures. It is not a tourist stop and not a studio lot in name only. It is the brand, the work, and the ground those things grow from: Arizona light, desert grit, Western character, and stories that still believe in heroes.
From this ranch come films, books, photographs, and a personal brand that treats the American West as a living thing, not a costume.
The Idea
A ranch is a place you work. You raise something, you defend it, you ride out from it and come back to it. That is how this one is built.
Lone Gunslinger Ranch holds two things that belong together:
- Beau Yotty Actor, writer, director, producer, author, photographer, and the voice of The Lone Gunslinger Podcast. The modern cowboy at the center of the brand.
- Lone Gunslinger Pictures The Arizona independent production company he founded to put those stories on screen.

Beau Yotty
Beau Yotty is a Northwest-born, Arizona-based filmmaker and storyteller who grew up on Stallone, Eastwood, and Wayne and never outgrew the idea that a story should leave you wanting to stand up straighter.
He acts, writes, directs, and produces. He has appeared on television (Burn Notice, The Glades, Dexter as a double, and others) and stars in and behind the camera on his own features. He writes books—Modern Cowboy, Thrills of the Unknown, and the photography collection Saguaros of Arizona. He photographs the Sonoran Desert the way a man photographs something he lives in, not something he visits.
The personal brand is deliberate: black hat, desert light, horse and dust when the picture calls for it. Not cosplay. Continuity. The same man who writes the poem, shoots the saguaro, and steps in front of the camera for a creature feature.
Lone Gunslinger Pictures
Lone Gunslinger Pictures is an Arizona independent motion picture company founded by Beau Yotty. Its lane is Westerns, horror, action, thriller, and adventure, often mixed, shot against real Southwest country.
The company has produced features and series including Desert Wolf, Unearthed: The Curse of Nephthys, Big Cat Trail, For the Reward, Snake Resort, the Western series Desolate Land, and other shorts and documentaries. Films stream on platforms such as Roku and Vimeo and are sold as physical media. The work is character-first, location-honest, and made with the people and landscapes of Arizona rather than against them.
The mission has not changed: bold, authentic stories rooted in the rugged spirit of the American Southwest, resilience, redemption, and adventure.
